When you let us know about a claim, please provide us with the following:
- Policy number if known
- Name of the scheme member / policy holder
- Name of the person who has died
- Date and place of death if known
- Who you are and your relationship to the deceased
What happens next?
- Once you have submitted the claim (or called us), our team will carry out some basic policy checks
- We may call you to obtain further details if required so we can start the claim and progress it more quickly
- We aim to make the payout within 48 hours
- We’ll keep you updated throughout the whole process
